Refund policy

Items purchased online and delivered within Singapore can be only be allowed to return with 1 to 1 exchange policy with a similar item purchased amount equivalent(equal in value) depending on the availability of stocks at the period of time purchase by submitting 1 to 1 exchange request via email to putrigallery@gmail.com or via the online store, within 10 days from the invoice date.
