- Lightweight item is $3.50 Flat (with item weight less than 0.3kg)
- Register Mail A $5.50 (item weight from 0.3kg to 0.5kg)
- Register Mail B $8.00 (item weight from 0.5kg to 1.0kg)
- Register Mail C $10.00 (item weight from 1.0kg to 2.0kg)
** Putri Gallery shall not held responsible for any loss of item by the courier, and are not liable to make any refunds for loss of item by the courier company. Tracking code shall be given to customers via email once shipped.
How long does it takes for me to receive my item?
You will receive your orders within 3-5 workings days upon payment received within 48 hours of purchase not inclusive of Public Holiday.
Customers are required to make Full payment before the actual day of Mail Day. No payment from the grace period will result to Cancellation of Orders.
Any unpaid payment will be a cancelled order.
How can I track my orders?

No returns for cash refunds are allowed

Can i sent to a different address, once i have check out?
No, We will only mail based on the mailing address that have been stated during the checkout. Strictly no alternative address or PO box.

All payments has to be made before collecting your items. Self-Collection time will be Every Monday from 8-9pm. Customers are to inform us via Whatsapp least two days before collection.
Collection venue will be strictly at Seletar Mall, nearest LRT, Fernvale LRT.
Can I receive my item early as i need it urgently?
As our website are available online 24/7, customers are required to make their own necessary arrangement to purchase it earlier before the required date at the convenience of their own time. PG are not liable to commit for any urgent request of orders should customer insist to receive the item urgently.
