Payment Procedures

What is FAST Transfer?

FAST (Fast and Secure Transfer) is a new electronic funds transfer Service. It lets you transfer SGD funds almost instantly from one bank to another within Singapore.

All iBanking/ Bank Transfer Payment are to be made in full within 24-48hrs of purchases to:

POSB Bank A/c Savings: 153-99224-0

Or

UOB A/c Savings: 355-119-883-7

Important! 

Customers are required to email us your receipt of payment or via Whatsapp at hp: 81015811 or 92214132

Please allow us to verify your orders within 24 hours if payments have been made.

*We will notify you via mail if payments have been received successfully with a copy of receipt from us. 

How to track my order?

You will be given an order no. (e.g. #12345 ) for your reference. A confirmation email will be automatically sent to the given email address as stated.

Choose 2 options to make payment via Paypal account:

  1. Pay with Paypal account
  2. Pay with credit or debit card account

Payments are free with no hidden cost.

How to make payment via FAST?

  1. Please note that FAST is only available for 14 participating banks
  2. Login to your internet banking account
  3. Under ‘Funds Transfer’, select ‘Funds Transfer to Other Banks’
  4. Select recipient’s bank, enter payment details and SMS message OTP
  5. Click ‘Submit’ and wait for transaction status

Exchange or Returns

No returns are allowed for cash refunds.

No exchange/refund once item and receipt have been received. Unless granted approval by the Management In Charge.

Can I send to a different address, once i have check out?

No, we will only mail based on the mailing address that have been stated during the checkout. Strictly no alternative address or PO Box.

Currencies

All currencies will be base on Singapore Dollar.

SELF COLLECTION:

All payments has to be made before collecting your items. Self-Collection time will be Every Monday from 8-9pm. Customers are to inform us via Whatsapp least two days before collection.

Collection venue will be strictly at Seletar Mall, nearest LRT, Fernvale LRT.

SHIPPING INFO:

Singapore orders, will be done via Singpost. Visit www.singpost.com with the given tracking code to track the status of your item.

Kindly note that some of our item (especially Abaya) weight heavier than normal posting charges.

W.i.e 4th November 2012, All items purchased with Putri Gallery shall be under Registered Mail with Singpost. 

Registered Mail: 

    • Free Shipping for item bought $100 and above
    • Lightweight item is $3.50 Flat (with item weight less than 0.3kg) 
    • Register Mail A $5.50 (item weight from 0.3kg to 0.5kg)
    • Register Mail B $8.00 (item weight from 0.5kg to 1.0kg)
    • Register Mail C $10.00 (item weight from 1.0kg to 2.0kg)

** Putri Gallery shall not held responsible for any loss of item by the courier, and are not liable to make any refunds for loss of item by the courier company. Tracking code shall be given to customers via email once shipped.

How long does it takes for me to receive my item?

You will receive your orders within 3-5 workings days upon payment received within 48 hours of purchase not inclusive of Public Holiday.

Customers are required to make Full payment before the actual day of Mail Day. No payment from the grace period will result to Cancellation of Orders.

IMPORTANT

Any unpaid payment will be a cancelled order.

How can I track my orders?

Can I receive my item early as i need it urgently?

As our website are available online 24/7, customers are required to make their own necessary arrangement to purchase it earlier before the required date at the convenience of their own time. PG are not liable to commit for any urgent request of orders should customer insist to receive the item urgently.

Pre Order?

No pre order is required. All item selling at www.putrigallery.com and in albums are in stocks unless otherwise stated.
