FAQ

1.  Registered Mail (Preferred)

             I. W.i.e 4th November 2012, all item purchased with Putri Gallery shall be Registered Mail. Customers  will be given a tracking number for them to track their item online once item have been shipped.

2.  Exchange/Refund?

             I.No exchange/refund once item and receipt have been received. Unless granted approval by the Management In Charge.

             II.In any chances, it shall be done only at Redhill Mrt subject to availability.

3.  Reservations?

             I.Strictly no reservations are allowed.

4.  Self Collections?

             I.No Self Collection is allowed. All purchases with effect from 20th September shall be only available for mail order.

             II.Customer that requires to receive their item on the same day or within less than 3 days should make their necessary preparations to purchases it earlier.

             III. Management Team shall not liable for any special request.

5.  Mail Day (Applicable to Singapore Only)

             I. With immediate effect from 4th November 2012, Mail day shall be available only on every Weekends (Sat/Sun).

            II. Customers are required to make payment before the actual day of Mail Day.

            III. Cut off timing are Saturday 10pm or earlier for Saturday Mail Day and Sunday 10am for Sunday Mail Day

            IV. Any payment made after the time slot shall be available for the next following Mail Day (The following Weekend), No Payment received, customers will receive and email to notify that their orders have been automatically cancelled. Cancellation of Orders will be imposed for customers who have not made their payments despite gentle reminder has been issued to them.

6.  How long does it takes for me to receive my item?

             I. Item will be mail in via Singpost will usually takes 3-5 working days. Not Inclusive Public Holiday

            II. Only for Registered Mail will received a tracking number so that they are able to track their item online.

            III. Putri Gallery shall not held liable for any loss of item for orders made via Normal mail during the course of shipping. There is NO             Tracking number provided for Normal Mail

7.  Pre Order?

            I. No pre order is required. All item selling at www.putri-gallery and in Facebook albums are in stocks unless otherwise stated. 

8.  Can i sent to a different address, once i have check out?
        
            I. No, We will only mail based on the mailing address that have been stated during the checkout. Strictly no alternative address or PO box.
